Confirmation letters
Once the NAV is struck and shares are issued for a close (approximately 15-20 business days following month-end), Confirmation Letters are generally sent to investors based on their elected delivery election (physical vs. e-delivery) and a physical copy is mailed to Financial Advisors.
Acceptance confirmations
After a trade is accepted into a close, copies of Acceptance Confirmations are mailed to both the investor and Financial Advisor within a few days of the close taking place.
Investors who elect for e-delivery will receive an email alert at the time their Confirmation Letter is available. The email will direct investors to the Blue Owl Document Center, where new investors will be prompted to create a login.
For any questions regarding account setup, such as the investor’s account number, you can reach out to servicedesk@blueowl.com for assistance.
Please note: an investor is not required to wait to receive this email alert to set up an account on the portal, they may do so ahead of receipt if they wish.
Blue Owl Bulletin
On a monthly basis, advisors receive the “Blue Owl Bulletin” via email. The bulletin includes a portfolio update webcast, latest fund performance, and additional strategy insights.

Statements are produced on a quarterly basis and are available once the NAV is struck, approximately 15-20 business days following quarter-end. These are sent to investors based on their delivery election and available for Financial Advisors to view on DST Vision.
